What a round costs

Nothing to open the app, make an account, create a room, or use chat.

A round has one cost and one deposit.

The stake

You choose it. Public rounds run at fixed amounts; a private room can be set to any whole number its host picks.

Your stake leaves your wallet when you join and goes into an on-chain escrow account. It is not held by us and we cannot move it. It leaves that account in exactly two ways: to the winner, or back to you if the round is cancelled.

Our fee

3% of the pot, taken once, at settlement, from the total before it is split.

• Nothing is charged when you lose. The fee comes out of the pot, not out of your stake separately.
• Nothing is charged if a round is cancelled. Everyone is refunded in full.
• The rate is fixed on chain at a maximum of 10%. It cannot be set above that by anyone, including us.
• A round keeps the rate it opened with. Changing the rate cannot affect a round already in progress.

On a six-player $1 round: the pot is $6.00, the fee is $0.18, and $5.82 goes to the winner.

Network fees

Solana charges a small fee for each transaction, currently a fraction of a cent. You pay this to the network, not to us. We receive none of it and cannot refund it. A transaction that fails may still incur one.

Account rent, which comes back

Solana requires a deposit to keep an account open. Joining a round creates an entry account, which costs roughly 0.0016 SOL.

This is returned to you when the round settles and the account is closed. It is a deposit, not a charge. It is worth knowing about only because it appears as an outgoing amount when you join and a returning one when the round ends.

What we never take

• Nothing from a losing stake beyond the pot fee already described
• No withdrawal fee. There is no withdrawal: winnings go straight to your wallet
• No subscription, no listing fee, no fee to create a room
• No cut of network fees
